Stress Level Evaluation
Stress can be defined as the normal reaction of an organism facing a new situation. It is essentially a response to change, good or bad. In small quantities, stress is good -- it can motivate you and help you learn and grow. Persistent stress, on the other hand, may be harmful and lead to health problems. The following questionnaire (the Holmes Rahe Social Readjustment Rating Scale) allows you to determine the total amount of stress you are experiencing by adding up the relative stress values, known as Life Change Units (LCU), for various events. Check all the events that have occurred in the past two years.
